My experience with Luca and Valerie was wonderful and I cant say enough good things. Valerie has immense knowledge on all areas Cabuya, Montezuma and Cobano. She was there throughout and thereafter the due dilligence process and helped so much along the way and still is. She always knows someone who can help and is incredibly punctual and 100% in everything she does. For example, I had even asked about commercial rents for existing tenants in specific buildings out of curiousity and she went in person to find out the very next day. She makes sure all of her facts are true and straight which sounds simple but it can be rare here.
